Wine characterised by the fact that the malolactic fermentation has taken place after the wine has been bottled.

(Table wine)
That wine which is approppriate to accompany meals. It does not have to be low quality or common wine, since we can refer to "reserva" (vintage) wines of the most important and well-known "Denominaciones de Origen" (See above).
